Stripped of the Medal
As mentioned in the previous blogs, athletes are stripped of their medals if they were found guilty of violating Olympic rules. Marion Jones, the first woman to win five athletic medals in a single Olympic was stripped of here medals after being found out that she was using banned substances. But Jones, took her other team mates with her as they were stripped of the medals they won on a relay event. According to the Olympic committee the medals won would be reallocated accordingly. A lesson learned here is that, when one does something without integrity, other people can suffer as well.
