PRACTICE is the Key

There is a popular saying that “Practice Makes Perfect”. This is a true statement, but if you practice in big hours without resting, you will end up stressed and tired.

I noticed that a big misconception is being planted in the brains of our basketball newbies. They tend to practice and train more than 10 hours a day, which is very unhealthy. Most of them end up not meeting their goals at all.

Practice is the key for success, but overdoing it can cause failure. You will achieve your goals if you know how to handle your time. You must have a definite schedule for practice and for other important things. You have to be consistent with everything you do.
