Ever since, when referred to athletics, usually we immediately can think of sports events having played by males. But nowadays, females can do what males do. But what’s behind the issue of athletes having gender change?

Yvonne Buschbaum was one of the athletes who preferred to have a sex change. She claimed that she experienced mental imbalance. She doesn’t want anymore to live in a woman’s body but still feeling like a man.

Decisions like this in athletics are not unusual. For me, what matters is their dedication in what they do. As long as they can do their passion, there’s nothing wrong right? They’re indeed inspiring individuals.

What comes to your mind when you hear athlete’s foot? For me, I define athlete’s foot as a foot that is stinky. I only assume its meaning because I imagined what the foot of athletes is. So I arrived to the idea that having an athlete’s foot is having a stinky foot. But I am definitely wrong!

Athlete’s foot is a common infection in skin. It is called athlete’s foot because athletes are the ones who usually have this. But this is not exclusive only for athletes; anyone of us can have this especially those who often wear shoes and having wet feet.

I admire the athletes because I know what they gone through. When I’ve heard about young athletes, I admire them more. Knowing that discipline, determination, and persistence are the 3 important must have qualities of athletes, I became challenged because this means that young athletes have these.

Children athletes’ training is different than those with the adult. Since children’s bone is still in growth stage, they are prone to injuries. But this doesn’t make them any weaker than older athletes. To know more about young athletes visit this site: orthoinfo.aaos.org.

We must encourage children to participate in athletics. But be aware of related issues regarding this. Visit this site for more info: young athletes.
