They would get another in the fourth thanks to a double from ex-Bulldog Jonathan Yerby, who then advanced to third after a walk and a hit batter and scored on a wild pitch from Alan Knotts to make it 2-0. Lorio and Richard would hold off the Bears in the eighth and ninth with some help from catcher Matt Combs, who nailed a would-be base stealer in the ninth to keep the tying run from getting into scoring position and sealing the victory.

TEXAS A&M CC 6, NSU 5: At Corpus Christi, Texas, Texas A&M Corpus Christi completed the three game Southland Conference series sweep of Northwestern State on Sunday with a victory. Corpus Christi (12-11, 5-4 SLC) answered with four runs in the bottom of the first inning. The Islanders then added single runs in the second and third inning.

Freshman Sara Dornelas (3-14) was tagged with the loss, allowing six runs, five earned, on six hits. She struck out four while walking just two.

Practice has started and a veil of silence is lifting at Montlake  JR Hasty and EJ Savannah both enter Spring on double secret probation which means they have some extra work to do to satisfy Coach Willingham before they hit the field   They may not have adhered to the Winter conditioning program among other things. but  neither of them are officially kicked off the team.

The excitement  is on Washington Sports.   Even just the practice of the football team  is prioritized  against seeing or listening  to Dalai Lama’s presentation.   Listening to Dalai Lama could have benefited  them, but some don’t want to miss a thing.   For the football enthusiast,  this would rather worth their time.

 Tyler Bray started LC’s game-winning rally with a two-out single. He moved to second on a single by Cole Bishop and scored on a short single to center by freshman catcher Anthony Benoit. A good throw likely would have gotten Bray at the plate, but the center fielder’s throw was up the line, allowing Bray to score easily.

“We’re not going to out-fancy anybody,” Byrnes said. “We have to beat you by doing all the little things.”

Dustin Tubre (1-1) was the winning pitcher for LC, allowing a run over the last two innings. Tim Flasik (0-2) was tagged with the loss for the second consecutive game. Flasik allowed one run over two innings of relief work.

“We used a lot of pitchers today and they threw a lot of pitchers,” Byrnes said. “We walked more (eight) than we wanted but the guys hung tough.”

Patrick Thomas continued his streak of hitting well when his brother, Drew, is in the startin lineup by smacking a pair of base hits in game two and scoring a run. Albie Goulder was the hero in game one, accounting for all three Tech runs with a hit by pitch to score Cobb in the first, a solo home run in the third and another run scored on a fake steal attempt in the fifth inning. Jericho Jones (2-1) pitched 5.1 solid innings, allowing only three hits while striking out a pair. Ever since, when referred to athletics, usually we immediately can think of sports events having played by males. But nowadays, females can do what males do. But what’s behind the issue of athletes having gender change?

Yvonne Buschbaum was one of the athletes who preferred to have a sex change. She claimed that she experienced mental imbalance. She doesn’t want anymore to live in a woman’s body but still feeling like a man.

Decisions like this in athletics are not unusual. For me, what matters is their dedication in what they do. As long as they can do their passion, there’s nothing wrong right? They’re indeed inspiring individuals.

Athlete’s foot is a common infection in skin. It is called athlete’s foot because athletes are the ones who usually have this. But this is not exclusive only for athletes; anyone of us can have this especially those who often wear shoes and having wet feet.

I admire the athletes because I know what they gone through. When I’ve heard about young athletes, I admire them more. Knowing that discipline, determination, and persistence are the 3 important must have qualities of athletes, I became challenged because this means that young athletes have these.
